Refund policy

Returns

Should you not be completely satisfied with your Object you are able to request a refund in accordance with our policy up to 30 days after receiving your Object. Return requests received after 30 days of receiving your Object will not be honored. If within 30 days of receiving your Object you experience dissatisfaction please email us at support@infiniteobjects.com to connect with a team member.

In order to complete a successful return, your Object must be unused, in the same condition that it was received in and it must be in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any unreasonable returns and exchanges, such as when Objects that have been damaged, altered or tampered with. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned Object is received it undergoes inspection after completion a member of our team will reach out to you to confirm that we have received your returned Object along with letting you know the status of your refund. If your refund is approved within 5 - 10 business days you will be issued a credit to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In the unlikely event of a refund not posting to the original method of payment after 10 business days please contact us at support@infiniteobjects.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to replace or exchange any Object if it is received defective or damaged. In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a defective or damaged Object please reach out to us at support@infiniteobjects.com within 7 days of your Object being received along with an image or video of your defective Object. Exchange requests received outside the 7 days of receiving your Object are subject to higher approval.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

One-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All Infinite Objects products are protected by a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing or hardware defects. This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and to limit warranty coverage to the country in which the original purchase was made. This warranty applies to products purchased both from https://infiniteobjects.com and those purchased from our Amazon Store. We are unable to offer warranty cover for second-hand purchases, including Ebay. 
  
If you encounter any issues with the hardware that are not resolved through troubleshooting or the resources available at our 24/7 Online Help Center, please contact our Customer Service team so we can help, and include:

  1. The email that you use to place your Infinite Objects Order
  2. Your Order Number found in your Order Confirmation email notification

If we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll happily guide you through the steps to file a warranty request and send back your defective frame. After we receive the faulty item, we will inspect its condition to determine whether it is covered under warranty and if so, we will issue a refund/repair/or replace the frame. 

All replacement units will be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. If your display is of a limited edition artwork, we will ensure that the provenance of your edition remains intact. Your replacement unit will be under warranty for the remainder of your one-year warranty period.

Shipping

We do not cover any return or replacement shipping or fees; all return shipping and fees will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the sender remains responsible for the Object until it is received at Infinite Objects offices.
