The butterfly was valuable and therefore hunted. Lured out of a hazy dream with promises of other hazy dreams, right into a trap. Look how she moves fragile, twisted. Soft. Translating her work into video print Jellyburger uses a recurring symbol from her work, The Butterfly God. The two components come together to explore the idea of finite space as a symbol of subtle yet total control.

This work was originally part of the Infinite Objects x Studio As We Are: Women of the World Collection.
