The Ground Shave Cannonball is one of Blanka’s signature Super moves. Blanka leaps forward, grabbing and biting on the opponent upon hitting them. After stomping Blanka double-stomping on his opponent's chest to bounce off them, Blanka pounds his own chest as his body surges with yellow electricity. He swings his arms upward to launch the opponent into the air. As they are falling, Blanka uses an electricity charged Rolling Attack to knock the opponent out of the air. The Super Arts units display Blanka’s Level 3 Super against every opponent in their home stage on a loop with a stylized character intro.

Leap onto your opponent and bite them multiple times before slamming into them with an electrically charged spinning tackle. The leap performed upon activation can be used to deal with projectiles.
